*Standard prices are charged for once off bookings as well as for alternative week bookings, or Monthly bookings where Lessons are missed.
*Discounted prices are given for weekly bookings for the whole month in advance, therefore booking up the lesson slot for the whole month, without missing any.
*These are payable at booking or for our regular customers within the 1st week of the month to qualify for the discounted price.
*Should lessons be missed with sufficient notice, it has to be made up on another lesson time slot as to keep your discount for that month. Should you wish to use it as a credit in your next month, the discount from the previous month will be reversed and added to your next bill.

PONY FLEXI SHARE:
3 DAYS pw working around booked lessons @ £275.00 per month (Must also include regular weekly lessons at above fees) (Flexi share Pony Lesson Day + 2 additional 45min riding sessions on agreed days) (Flexi Ride – £40)
HORSE FLEXI SHARE:
3 DAYS pw working around booked lessons @ £305.00 per month (Must also include regular weekly lessons at above fees) (Flexi share Horse Lesson Day + 2 additional 45min riding sessions on agreed days) (Flexi Ride – £42)
Flexi Share payment due at 1st Riding Session of the month, late payment will automatically incur a 10% late fee.

Booking/Payment
Payment in full at time of booking is required for all lessons, hacks, clinics and shows- no payment = no booking.
CANCELLATIONS
All WEEKDAY lesson illness & normal cancellations will require 24hr notice to qualify for a credit or make-up, make up lessons will be made where possible under the above discount conditions, no refunds or transfers will be made for cancellations made after 8 am on the day before the day of the lesson, hack, clinic, or show. Cancellations of Saturday & Sunday Lessons must be made by no later than the Wednesday prior to the Lesson Day if you want to arrange a make up! (Saturday & Sunday lessons 24hr notice for illness)
REGULAR WEEKLY LESSONS & FLEXI SHARES – One full calendar month’s notice to be given for cancellation of regular weekly lessons or Flexi Shares.
PONY CAMP – CANCELLATIONS – 100% Refund will be passed on cancellations 30 days or more notice prior to the event. 75% for less than 30 days’ notice up to 14 days, 50% Refund will be passed for less than 14 days’ notice, but more than 7 days. NO Refund will be passed for less than 7 days’ notice unless a replacement can be made.
PLACE RESERVING: Should you be absent for more than 3 weeks and you would like to reserve your place in that
specific lesson, a reservation fee of 50% of the lesson fees will apply. If not reserved, the place could be filled with a
replacement student. On your return we will have to try and find you a suitable lesson slot if not reserved.
