You will be asked to complete a Rider Registration Form thus providing personal information about, for example:
Adult/Child name and address
Date of birth
Age, weight & height
Occupation if an adult
Personal/medical information that may affect them during riding
Emergency contact and contact person
Their riding experience and history.

When you supply any personal information to Huntersfield Equestrian Centre we have a legal obligation towards you in the way we use that data.
We must collect the information fairly; that is, we must explain to you how we will use it and tell you if we want to pass on the information to anyone else.
When using your personal information HEC will act in accordance with all current legislation.

What we do with the information we obtain:
We require personal information to assess your abilities and provide you with the best professional tuition suitable to your needs and ability, and additionally, for the following particular reasons:
• Internal record keeping
• To improve the services we provide to you
• From time to time, we may also use your information to inform you of upcoming events like Pony Camps, Shows and Rallies. We may contact you by post, phone or email.
• We may use the information to customise the website according to your needs and requirements.

Do we give your information to anyone else?
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties. We will only share information you provide to us with emergency
personnel in case of an emergency with your permission unless we are required to do so by law. Any personal information we request from you will
be safeguarded under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
