Pony Pals

Pony Pal Sessions:

    • Designed for our younger students and those on the waiting list.

    • Held on Sunday mornings, typically starting around 11 am (exact time confirmed weekly by Sam).

    • Informal, flexible scheduling.

Session Activities:

    • Meet and bond with ponies in the stables.

    • Parents are required to accompany children during these sessions.

    • Appropriate footwear for parents is essential.

    • Grooming session followed by a riding session in the indoor arena.

    • Learn basic steering and control commands.

    • Introduction to trotting once basic skills are mastered.

    • Progression to formal lessons with Sam once ready.

    • If time and weather permit, a supervised walk around the Equestrian Centre.

Extras:

    • Post-session treat from Seth’s Snack Bar (snack and drink).

Session Details:

    • Duration: Approximately 30 minutes.

    • Cost: £32.00, payable on the day.

    • Last-minute cancellations must be made no later than 8:00 am on the morning of the session.

    • Late cancellation or no show will still incur full fees.

    • Fun, educational introduction to horses and riding.

    • Builds confidence, creates lasting memories.

    • Safe, nurturing atmosphere for young equestrian enthusiasts.

Pony Camps, Pony Days & Rallies

Pony Camps, Days & Rallies:

    • Held regularly during holidays and mid-term breaks.

    • Extremely popular with high attendance.

Well-Organised Activities:

    • Carefully structured and enjoyable experiences for all participants.

    • Activities are planned with great attention to detail.

    • Designed to help children engage with horses in fun and educational ways.

Convenience:

    • No equipment required from participants — Hats provided on-site.

    • Hassle-free and enjoyable experience.

Age Range & Requirements:

    • Open to children aged 4 to 16 years, unless otherwise specified.

    • No prior experience required.

    • Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards learning is encouraged.

Educational & Fun:

    • Emphasis on both learning and fun.

    • Activities focus on horse care, riding, and building confidence.

Pony Parties

Pony Parties Overview:

    • Held mainly on Sundays (ponies are booked for lessons on Saturdays).

    • Weekday morning bookings available during holidays and midterm breaks.

    • Duration: Approximately 2 hours.

    • Designed to be flexible and customisable (within reason) to meet party preferences.

Activities Included:

    • Children are divided into small groups for interactive grooming sessions.

    • Riding session options:

      • Scenic Hack, or

      • Fun Utility Course (indoor, in case of bad weather).

    • Feeding ponies with snacks (e.g., carrots, apples, Polo mints – to be provided by parents).

    • Opportunity for games and additional time with ponies post-riding.

Party Setup:

    • Parents may bring their own food and drinks for the children.

    • Staff assist in setting up a party space in:

      • The Main Barn,

      • The Indoor School, or

      • The Lawns (during summer), or

      • Seth’s Snack Bar.

    • Kids can enjoy refreshments and games in a fun, relaxed environment.

    • Parents have access to the snack bar services during the party.

Cost Structure:

    • £65 per rider for 4 participants (minimum).

    • £60 per rider for 6–10 participants.

    • £55 per rider for 11–18 participants.

    • £50 per rider for 19–24 participants.

    • Pony sharing may be included depending on group size.

Booking & Payment:

    • Payment is required 2 weeks before the party.

    • Provide final participant numbers and registration forms at the time of payment.

Flexi Sharing
The ideal way to gain the experience of owning your own horse whilst learning to care for a horse as if it is your own, shared ponies ensures a specific horse/pony available for your session.

Schooling
We offer Schooling for:

  • Ground Work (Handling and Leading etc.)

  • Ridden Flat work and Jumping
  • Fitness Training/Exercise
  • Corrective Schooling
